Refund and Cancellation Policy for Camp Golden Mahseer

At Camp Golden Mahseer, we strive to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to accommodate your needs:

1. Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Refund Process:

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the booking.

3. No-Show Policy:

• Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation notice will be considered as “No-Shows.”
• No refund will be provided for “No-Show” bookings.

4. Early Departure:

• Guests departing earlier than the scheduled checkout date will not be eligible for any refunds.

5. Modification Policy:

• Modifications to the booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days prior to the original arrival date.
• Modifications made within 15 days of the original arrival date may incur additional charges based on availability.

6. Force Majeure:

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event, Camp Golden Mahseer reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice. In such cases, guests will be entitled to a full refund.

7. Group Bookings:

• Special cancellation and refund policies may apply to group bookings. Please contact us directly for more information regarding group reservations.
